Town Center

Next Phase of Town Center Construction

You’ve seen the banner and you’ve watched it begin. Vertical construction is underway on the next phase of the Town Center. It will have about a dozen retail spaces on the ground floor with condominiums going in above the shops. It’s exciting to see this phase finally begin which will be a great addition to the convenience and walkability of the community that residents have begun to enjoy with the opening of the Albertsons. The town center plans call for a total of nine three-story buildings that together will house 40,000 square feet of retails space and 40 condominiums.
